Launching the Cosmetics Closet

We are pleased to announce our new Cosmetics Closet program, which will start with our December 15th outreach event in Natrona.

The Cosmetics Closet will provide personal care and hygiene products monthly to residents for free. The types of products offered each month will vary based on contributions to the program and available resources. For the December 15th event, we will provide toothpaste and toothbrushes.

The goal of the program is to offer products that are not covered by SNAP. This includes most basic items needed for daily life, including toilet paper, tissue, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, female hygiene products and shaving products. 

We intend to offer this program at the same time, and at the same place, as our monthly Veggies for All outreach. This allows residents to receive food and personal care items during the same visit.
